The noise from outside was quiet when we stayed, we actually had a great night sleep which we didn't get in another hotel in Cebu city that charged twice the price! The hotel was inside the Barangay Hall, we felt safe here and happy to interact with the locals on a walk to the local mall.

We did not expect the delay of our flight due to the weather condition and was very worried we will not have a place to stay for couple of hours. Our group was very tired for all the activities we did the day before. We were sheltered here. The place may not be fancy but has all that you need.

The room was nice and new and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower, and air conditioning. It wasn't too noisy at night, and it was close to the airport. There's a great gym down the street.
